MJ Avila Co. became a general contractor in 2000, to capitalize on its growing ability to provide services in various construction areas. With the addition of general construction equipment and staff, the company now competes for and performs construction projects for local and federal government agencies, and private business. Our ability to do complete site work, and work with our subcontractor community to provide turn-key horizontal and vertical construction has provided MJ Avila with a profile of a growing company, even in tight fiscal years. Through a process of continual evaluation of our organic growth capabilities, and expansion of services and use of equipment, MJ Avila continues to find and excel in projects where we can capitalize on our existing capabilities, and find innovative ways to use our existing staff and equipment to exceed the expectations of our clients.
